Responsibilities
Architect and scale the virtualization and compute layer powering agent workloads
Own reliability, performance, and security across multi-tenant infrastructure
Build tooling for automated provisioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Collaborate with hardware and product teams to define the agent-native stack
Qualifications
7+ years in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering
Deep experience with hypervisors, containers, and cloud-native orchestration
Strong background in Linux internals, networking, and distributed systems
Experience operating production systems at scale
Go to Market Lead

Define and execute Aden's go-to-market strategy — positioning, messaging, partnerships, and revenue motions for the first agent-native infrastructure platform.
Responsibilities
Develop positioning and messaging for technical and executive audiences
Build and manage partnerships with AI labs, cloud providers, and enterprises
Drive pipeline through demand generation, content, and developer relations
Work closely with product and engineering to align roadmap with market needs
Qualifications
7+ years in GTM, product marketing, or business development at infra/dev tools companies
Track record of launching technical products into enterprise and developer markets
Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and the agent ecosystem
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hardware Lead

Lead hardware strategy and engineering for Aden's agent compute platform — defining the physical infrastructure optimized for autonomous AI workloads at scale.
Responsibilities
Define hardware architecture for GPU/accelerator clusters tailored to agent execution
Evaluate and select compute, networking, and storage components for agent-native performance
Partner with infrastructure and software teams to co-design the full-stack platform
Manage vendor relationships and drive cost-efficient procurement at scale
Qualifications
7+ years in hardware engineering, datacenter design, or systems architecture
Experience with GPU clusters, custom accelerators, or high-performance computing
Knowledge of power, cooling, and physical infrastructure at datacenter scale
Familiarity with AI/ML workload characteristics and optimization
